🎯 Requirements

5+ years in technical sourcing (forward deployed engineers, software, ML/AI engineers).
Track record delivering healthy candidate volume with strong stakeholder care.
Strong record of hiring top 1% talent.
Able to adapt in fast paced, evolving environments.
Excellent communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
