🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of experience sourcing technical roles such as forward deployed engineers, software engineers, machine learning engineers, ai engineers
- Track record of delivering healthy candidate volume while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and care to each stakeholder and candidate
- A strong track record of hiring top 1% talent
- A high level of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments—balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders across the globe
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms such as Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other modern recruitment tools
