🎯 Requirements

1+ year of experience in sourcing or recruiting with measurable metrics
Experience partnering with hiring managers to refine profiles and align on strategy
Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
