Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals
Outreach to passive candidates and follow-ups
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs
Screen resumes and profiles to assess skills, experience, and fit
Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities
Track candidate activity in the ATS/CRM
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through inclusive sourcing strategies
Share market insights, sourcing metrics, and pipeline updates with recruiting partners

🎯 Requirements

1–3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or TA (agency or in-house)
Experience using sourcing tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, job boards, ATS
Strong written communication for candidate outreach
Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced environment

🎁 Benefits

US base comp: 75,000-90,000 USD
