Franchise Sales Analyst

, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by working closely with both internal teams and external customers. You’ll collaborate with sales, purchasing, the franchise team, management, and global logistics to ensure accurate execution, strong communication, and seamless support across the board.

Insight on your impact:

  • Support the strategic execution of franchise sales initiatives.

  • Provide sales support and customer service for assigned franchise customers:
    • Coordinate push and pull requests with the customer.
    • Collaborate with the customer on new demand and submit quotes as needed.
    • Respond to customer service inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Work with Sourceability buyers and account managers to provide accurate planning forecasts.
  • Analyze and offer recommendations on global supply and demand for franchise orders.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data is maintained in the system.

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with large volumes of data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create macros for efficient and accurate analysis.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.
