We are looking for a dynamic and highly trusted Executive Assistant to become a vital part of our vibrant Executive team, working in Guadalajara, Mexico. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum!

This position supports our Chairman, requiring someone who can seamlessly split focus between Sourceability-related responsibilities and other matters. The right person will be sharp, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex priorities while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and confidentiality.

This role demands expert coordination of intricate scheduling, seamless collaboration with global teams, and adept management of diverse administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will thrive in handling complex calendars, ensuring smooth communication across multiple time zones, and managing highly sensitive information with absolute discretion. Your contributions will be essential in optimizing executive efficiency and enabling strategic focus.

Insight on your impact:

  • Efficiently manage and maintain complex calendars for the Chairman, coordinating both Sourceability and other commitments.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and global travel arrangements while balancing shifting priorities.
  • Handle highly confidential matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Prepare, proofread, and refine high-level correspondence, presentations, and reports to support executive decision-making.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings and events. Virtual, in-person, and international.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing correspondence, handling inquiries, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the Chairman and Executive team with special projects, ensuring timely and precise execution.

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Pro

    ven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-level executives.

  • High level of trustworthiness and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Thorough and careful in reviewing data, documents, and deliverables, and able to produce high-quality, error-free work.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to “split focus” across multiple business functions with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
  • Strong business judgment and smart decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility to coordinate across time zones and travel up to 10%.
  • Ability to travel to the U.S. as needed.
  • Must be able to pass a background check prior to employment.
