📋 Description

  • Manage and resolve client queries and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate post-sale shipping with internal teams for smooth comms.
  • Support day-to-day post-sale shipping activities within the team.
  • Triaging Freshdesk tickets and client phone calls where appropriate.
  • Ensure Freshdesk tickets are replied to in line with Sotheby’s SLA.
  • Assist in arranging client collections and providing lot location details.
