Coordinate with Pre Sale and Post Sale teams to deliver an integrated client experience.
Monitor and respond to quote requests within service levels.
Obtain quotes from shippers and select the best option for clients.
Prepare customs documents and ensure timely submission.
Ship in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of industry experience.
Strong knowledge of logistics, including packing, transport, and compliance.
Proactive communicator with solid client-facing skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team; meet deadlines.
Prior experience with SAP is an advantage.
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed.
