- Strong project management and planning skills.
- Demonstrated ability to own schedules, anticipate constraints, and manage tight turnarounds.
- Cross-functional partnership experience.
- Confident communicator and problem-solver; resolves conflicts professionally.
- Financial and resource awareness, including labor and cost impacts.
- People management experience overseeing direct reports and workflows.

- Base salary: $85,000-$110,000 USD
