📋 Description

  • Lead the Client Experience Team in Cologne, Switzerland and Milan
  • Resolve inquiries quickly; respond to client communications

  • Manage resources to balance workload and staffing

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' CX/ops experience
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong leadership and team motivation
  • Proactive, organized; able to work with senior leadership
  • Knowledge of KYC and compliance processes
  • QA/QC of client communications and tickets
