- Own operational governance for OTA activities: supplier contracting, bookings, and records.
- Serve as primary licensing contact; coordinate responses and evidence packs.
- Maintain staffing readiness to cover mandated functions.
- Implement and maintain SOPs for consumer travel sales: confirmations, vouchers, and docs.
- Support audits/inspections; keep office/records inspection-ready.
🎯 Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Turkey (valid work permit)
- Minimum high school graduate (or equivalent)
- Holds Enformasyon Memurluğu Belgesi and Enformasyon Memuru Yabancı Dil Başarı Belgesi OR kokart
- Minimum 2 years travel agency experience
- Meet fitness criteria for ownership/management (clean record, not bankrupt)
- Experience in OTA / e-commerce travel operations (nice to have)
