📋 Description

  • Manage a steady pipeline of inbound/outbound therapy provider leads.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email and cold calls; refine messaging.
  • Maintain multi-channel outreach with daily/weekly metrics.
  • Screen and qualify providers by licensure, education, and clinical experience.
  • Collect and verify provider credentials (NPI, CAQH) for onboarding.
  • Keep CRM updated with next steps and follow-ups.
  • Be the first contact for providers; deliver professional recruitment experience.
  • Collaborate with credentialing to smooth transition to provider status.
  • Support SDR onboarding; share best practices and help interviews.
  • Own goals by tracking results and refining outreach strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1+ years inside sales or recruitment in healthcare/behavioral health.
  • Experience handling high-volume inbound inquiries and cold outreach.
  • Manage relationships and move candidates through the recruitment funnel.
  • Self-starter with initiative, adaptability, and target-driven mindset.
  • Detail-oriented; ensure qualifications, licensure, and clinical requirements.
  • Proficient in CRM (Salesforce) and lead-gen tools; comfortable using AI tools.
