About the Role

We’re seeking a curious, entrepreneurial, data-driven, and user-focused Product Manager to join our Care Navigation Pod, which is re-imagining how clients are guided into the right care at the right time. In this role, you’ll help shape and execute the roadmap for our Unified Front Door and activation flow, ensuring clients experience a seamless journey from onboarding through engagement. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional peers in Engineering, Design, App Science, and Growth Product Marketing while reporting directly to the Head of Product.

What you’ll do
  • Be the voice of our users. Conduct high-impact user research and leverage user feedback in all its forms to accurately capture and represent member needs and the way they interact with our product. Use those insights to inform product decisions, deliver on user needs and and drive meaningful outcomes for the business.
  • Own critical roadmap areas. Take responsibility for a significant portion of the Care Navigation roadmap, including Unified Front Door initiatives. Translate strategy into clear, prioritized features that meaningfully improve activation and client yield.
  • Drive end-to-end product development. Lead discovery, ideation, scoping, execution, and launch of user-centric features. Define key performance metrics, analyze outcomes, and continuously optimize.
  • Drive operational excellence through collaboration and communication. Lead and collaborate with design, engineering and other cross functional peers and leadership to provide input and visibility into the product development process and define and ship a consistent, high quality experience across the “whole product”.
What does success look like?
  • Deep product and user understanding: You quickly gain a strong grasp of our product, users, and market, and apply these insights to guide decisions.
  • Clarity in ambiguity: You thrive in uncertainty, test ideas rigorously, and create clear paths forward.
  • Reliable delivery: You consistently ship high-impact features on time, working side by side with Engineering, Design and Data Science.
  • Strong collaboration: You build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams, creating an environment where collaboration thrives.
  • Measurable impact: You deliver products that improve both client outcomes and business performance, while strengthening the company’s overall trajectory.
Who You Are
  • You have 3+ years product management experience in fast-growing teams.
  • Proven ability to take a product from the earliest conception to successful market adoption.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural aptitude for clearly articulating customer problems.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong self-starter who vigorously looks for ways to improve the product and user experience.
  • You are insightful and resourceful in how to achieve a higher level of conviction before development begins.
  • You’re a creative and out-of-the-box product thinker who is passionate about improving access and outcomes in mental health.
  • You excel at cross-functional collaboration and have a strong ability to tap into the expertise of various stakeholders to get to an optimal solution
  • High customer empathy with a strong focus on execution and being able to put ideas into action.
  • You expertly blend quantitative and qualitative inputs, as warranted by each individual situation.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment who thrives on turning ambiguity into clarity.
  • Healthcare, wellness, or Enterprise benefits experience is a nice to have.
