📋 Description

• Provide ongoing support to providers to maintain high quality care.
• Own provider escalation, investigation, remediation, and termination processes.
• Monitor, track, and respond to clinical adverse events.
• Conduct clinical reviews of new clinicians joining the organization.
• Follow Clinical Quality Manager guidance to use evidence-based practices.
• Contribute to clinical research for high quality outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health discipline.
• Active, cleared clinical license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
• 4+ years of clinical experience; private practice preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment with escalations and adverse events handling.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
• Commitment to provider support and quality management.
