What You'll Do Define and communicate the vision for the product. Develop and prioritize the product roadmap based on business strategy and customer needs. Oversee all stages of product creation, from ideation to development and launch. Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery. Conduct competitive analysis and identify areas of differentiation. Drive Product Success – Collaborate with the Product Management (PM) team to define product objectives, key success metrics, and roadmaps. Own Execution – Lead cross-functional teams to bring compelling, scalable solutions to market. Identify roadblocks and proactively remove them to ensure timely delivery. Data-Driven Decisions – Analyze product performance using tools like Looker & Databricks and implement improvements based on insights. Customer-Centric Approach – Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand their pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements. Agile Leadership – Manage and prioritize the product backlog, contribute to sprint planning, and participate in Scrum meetings. Innovate & Optimize – Keep up with the latest product management practices, usability trends, and market differentiators to create best-in-class experiences What You'll Need Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related roles within software development. Data & Analytics: Experience working with data-driven tools like Looker & Databricks. Background in data science is a plus. Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex challenges and find effective solutions. Self-Starter Attitude: A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and seek out opportunities for improvement. Strong Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly, collaborate across teams, and lead without direct authority.
