  • Work with Sales as the technical SME for BigID's platform on customer calls and demos
  • Consult on best practices and provide direction for solution architecture and design
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services
  • Drive customer success with real-world knowledge and recommendations
  • Develop trusted advisory with customers; communicate upcoming product changes
  • Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure customers realize value of the BigID Platform

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Interpersonal communication, customer relationship, executive presentation skills
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Strong background in Big Data, AI, privacy, data governance, or information security
  • Experience with Linux or container frameworks (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales or consulting role within a multinational environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (master's degree a plus)
