- Stay up-to-date on competitive solutions, products, and services
- Drive customer success with real-world knowledge and recommendations
- Develop trusted advisory with customers; communicate upcoming product changes
- Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure customers realize value of the BigID Platform
๐ฏ Requirements
- Interpersonal communication, customer relationship, executive presentation skills
- Excellent organization skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong background in Big Data, AI, privacy, data governance, or information security
- Experience with Linux or container frameworks (Docker and Kubernetes)
- Minimum of 3 years in a pre-sales or consulting role within a multinational environment
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related discipline (master's degree a plus)
