- Design and manage scalable processes for SE and ProServ planning, delivery, and measurement.
- Build data-driven dashboards for performance, forecasting, and AI outcomes (Fin).
- Monitor Fin Activation Rate, Go-Live Rate, and Time to Go-Live for on-schedule launches.
- Measure Utilization, Services Attach Rate, and Bookings/Margin to forecast capacity.
- Analyze trends and surface insights to influence strategic priorities.
- Own and improve operational systems and tools like RocketLane and Salesforce.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years in Solutions Operations, supporting ProServ & SE in SaaS/AI.
- Salesforce: Reporting, dashboards, data integrity, user administration.
- PSA platform experience: RocketLane or similar.
- Advanced data modeling & analytics; Excel/Google Sheets; translate data into insights.
- Clear written and verbal communication; present to leadership.
- Strong project management; multi-project delivery; organized.
- Bonus: Tableau, Gong, SQL.
