Solutions Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own coordination and execution of high-impact internal programs for global Solutions.
• Run global Consensus scaled demo program; ensure consistency, adoption, tracking.
• Build and maintain a centralized knowledge hub for assets, best practices, and docs.
• Partner with Product to operationalize Voice of Customer intake and updates for R&D.
• Collaborate with Product and Field Readiness to enable scalable programs for Solutions.
• Track dashboards to show Solutions' revenue and operational impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–7 years in program management or revenue/solutions operations.
• Experience building structured processes from ambiguity; scalable workflows.
• Strong organizational and operational skills; manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience partnering with Product, Revenue, or Technical teams.
• Analytical mindset; track metrics and translate insights into action.
• Clear communicator; structure complex information into updates/docs.
