Solutions Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee portfolio of patient and practice solutions
• Map prioritized contract outputs to eligible solutions by service levels
• Ensure capacity alignment across healthcare solutions portfolio
• Analyze and align solution delivery with business priorities
• Prepare executive reports on portfolio performance and capacity utilization
• Serve as the operational bridge between contract prioritization and delivery
• Collaborate with capacity planning and stakeholder teams
• Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business/healthcare administration or related field
• 5+ years of experience in portfolio management, operations, or solutions management
• Experience in matrix organizations with complex stakeholder management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations
• Strong organization and time management skills; attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to document SOPs
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools
