Solutions Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Own and execute solution-level positioning and GTM for defined offerings.
• Translate complex tech into clear, outcome-driven narratives for sales and campaigns.
• Develop industry-specific content and positioning for Ensono solutions.
• Execute GTM plans with personas, industries, and use cases across campaigns.
• Create and maintain playbooks, decks, talk tracks, and enablement materials.
• Track and assess the effectiveness of solution marketing and enablement efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years in solutions/product/go-to-market marketing.
• Experience in technology services, managed services, cloud, or enterprise IT.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Experience supporting sales enablement and GTM execution.
