- Have 8+ years of marketing experience with nonprofit/social impact exposure.
- Experience in a .org or social impact function at a B2B enterprise or mission-driven org serving nonprofits/education/public sector.
- Balanced skill set: product marketing/messaging + demand generation and campaigns.
- Proven success in strategic vision-setting and hands-on execution with pipeline metrics.
- Experience marketing to multiple audience segments (C-suite foundations, nonprofits, gov, researchers).
- Comfortable in a 0-to-1 environment; can build processes in ambiguity.
