📋 Description

• Manage cross-functional, full sales lifecycle technical activities.
• Lead a geographically distributed SE team in SoCal.
• Partner with West Sales and Customer Success to show Cloudflare value.
• Coach and mentor SEs to drive account growth and customer success.
• Explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in internet/cloud technologies and protocols.
• 3+ years leading teams of Solutions Engineers or similar roles.
• Experience managing opportunity sales cycles and technical proof activities.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences.
