📋 Description

  • Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel’s White Label Platform and win deals.
  • Consult with prospects to assess payroll practices and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Act as the technical voice during sales cycles—own discovery, RFPs, demos, and workshops.
  • Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Operations to advocate needs, speed deals, and refine messaging.
  • Constructive disruption—challenge the status quo; seek opportunities to scale, improve, and refine.
  • Stay current on White Label legislation, trends, and best practices to improve offerings.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant.
  • Previous experience working for a White Label or HCM organisation.
  • Background in HCM and ERP payroll integrations, esp. Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Willingness to travel inside and outside of territory (~10% or less).
  • Outstanding presentational skills, always focusing on value.
  • Entrepreneurial DNA with a positive, can-do attitude.
