  • Own the technical relationship with prospects and customers.
  • Lead strategic discovery with Account Executives to uncover pain points and validate use cases.
  • Validate feasibility and guide stakeholders toward an end-to-end solution.
  • Deliver tailored demos; validate integrations and alignment with environments.
  • Align customer success criteria with Vanta's strengths; surface risks and guide deal progression.
  • Create handoff docs for post-sale with design, expectations, risks.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions engineer or equivalent in B2B SaaS.
  • Must work in London or Dublin office 3 days a week (Tue, Wed, Thu).
  • Deep technical proficiency to identify pain points and drive viable solution wins.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and demos that resonate with customers.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure and Windows/macOS/Linux; cloud app architecture.
  • Basic scripting (Python, JavaScript) and REST API familiarity.
