  • Experience with CRM platforms, healthcare IT, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, eng, and success.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive in dynamic environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking for customer solutions.
