Solutions Engineer, SMB

📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives to deliver technical support throughout the sales cycle.
• Lead and manage POC engagements to validate technical success criteria.
• Navigate high-volume SMB cycles and apply MEDDPICC to qualify deals.
• Respond to security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and vendor registrations.
• Maintain expert knowledge across all three 1Password core products.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in a technical customer-facing role (B2B SaaS).
• Ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills.
• Detail-oriented with ownership and quality focus.
• SaaS experience; familiarity with security/compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) preferred.
• Knowledge of MEDDPICC or similar qualification framework; training provided.
