📋 Description

• Provide technical pre-sales support for large Retail prospects.
• Demonstrate value via demos, use-case scoping, and architecture patterns.
• Create and maintain docs, guides, FAQs from pre-sales insights.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships through evaluation to purchase.
• Gather customer feedback and influence product planning.
• Serve as first line for security/compliance questions and guide resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical pre-sales; 3+ years selling to Retail; C-level relationships.
• Strong IT security principles and security/compliance for B2B SaaS.
• Foundational training in Python or JavaScript.
• Prototypes in Generative AI/ML and knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Excellent presenter for all audiences, including senior leaders.
• Self-motivated, end-to-end problem solver; eager to learn.
