Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to gather feedback and shape features for the legal market.

🎯 Requirements

2–4 years in a technical customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
Experience with professional services or legal teams in compliance-driven environments
Strong communication translating tech concepts for legal teams
Familiarity with SaaS, APIs, and AI-driven products
Comfort with troubleshooting, documentation, and light scripting
Growth mindset; eager to learn legal workflows and improve usage
