Build sales decks and product demos; educate customers on cloud security and IAM.
Empathize with customers and identify their true technical needs.
Advise diverse customers on capabilities of Okta Identity Platform.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and executives.

🎯 Requirements

Customer-facing experience; consulting or support.
Strong ability to explain complex topics; whiteboard style.
Experience with OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, LDAP.
IGA: lifecycle, access reviews, RBAC, policy enforcement.
PAM: least privilege, JIT, session monitoring, vaulting.
Security basics: hashing, TLS, encryption, XSS/XSRF.
Fluent Italian and English.
Bachelor’s in Engineering/CS; software dev exp a plus.
