📋 Description

• Own end-to-end technical implementation for enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Engagement Managers and CS for seamless deployments.
• Drive pre-sales discovery by mapping customer workflows into plans.
• Configure and activate EliseAI platform to fit customer needs.
• Build best-practice configurations to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Develop cross-vertical expertise and become a trusted advisor.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in solutions engineering or related presales role.
• Proven track record owning enterprise tech implementations.
• API, integrations, data flows; SQL and BI tools a plus.
• Excellent communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Cross-functional across Sales, CS, Product, Eng.
• Willingness to work on-site 4-5 days per week.
