- Partner with account executives to identify client needs and articulate how Storyblok can deliver value to our enterprise prospects.
- Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups, including both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Create and present technical proposals, diagrams and proof-of-concept solutions, as well as sample applications, prototypes and code samples to showcase the power and flexibility of Storyblok.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the headless content management space, advising clients on best practices, integration strategies, and optimization opportunities.
- Assist in elevating the knowledge and capabilities of Storyblok’s implementation partners.
- Lead client onboarding sessions and assist in knowledge transfer to customer success teams post-sale.
🎯 Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Past work experience as a web developer or software engineer.
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage.
