  • Strong verbal and written communication with needs analysis and business justification.
  • Superior presentation and demonstration skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, healthcare IT systems, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product, engineering, and CS.
