Consult with prospects to assess payroll practices and identify improvements.
Act as the technical voice during sales cycles—discovery, RFPs, demos.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering & Operations to advocate needs.
Challenge the status quo; seek opportunities to scale and improve.
Stay up-to-date on payroll trends and support Partnership/Marketing initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4 years as a Solutions Engineer/Pre-Sales Consultant.
Experience in Global Payroll or HCM.
Workday and SuccessFactors payroll integrations knowledge.
Willingness to travel ~10%.
Excellent presentation skills; Dutch language a plus.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, startup-ready attitude.
