📋 Description

  • Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel's Global Payroll Platform.
  • Consult with prospects to assess payroll practices and identify improvements.
  • Act as the technical voice during sales cycles—own discovery, RFPs, demos, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations to advocate for needs and refine messaging.
  • Challenge the status quo; seek opportunities to scale, improve and refine.
  • Stay up-to-date on payroll legislation, trends, and best practices to improve service offerings.

🎯 Requirements

  • Fluent Mandarin and English.
  • Minimum 4 years as Solutions Engineer/Pre-Sales.
  • Experience in Global Payroll or HCM.
  • HCM/ERP payroll integrations, especially Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Willingness to travel ~10%.
  • Strong presentation skills; multilingual a bonus.
  • Entrepreneurial, positive, can-do attitude.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving startup.
