• Deliver pre-sales support for large Financial Services prospects with technical expertise.
• Demonstrate product value with demos, use-case scoping, and architecture guidance.
• Create and maintain pre-sales docs, guides, and FAQs.
• Develop strong relationships through evaluation, validation, and purchasing.
• Gather customer feedback and advocate for user needs with internal teams.
• Lead security/compliance inquiries and direct customers to resources.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in tech pre-sales; 3+ years in Financial Services; C-level relationships.
• Strong IT security principles and security/compliance support for B2B SaaS.
• Foundational Python or JavaScript programming skills.
• Prototypes of Generative AI/ML; knowledge of network/cloud architecture.
• Effective presenter/communicator for audiences including senior leaders.
• Own problems end-to-end; eager to learn what you don't know.
