  • Partner with account managers to drive renewals and expansion

  • 2+ years of customer-facing, technical experience as Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication; comfortable with exec-level briefings
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a startup environment
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure; Windows, MacOS, Linux
  • Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations; prior B2B SaaS preferred
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and responsibly improve efficiency
