  • Manage all technical aspects of the sales process (demo, POC, onboarding).
  • Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs.
  • Help marketing expand collateral to close sales opportunities.
  • Channel customer requirements to product management.
  • Post-sales checks with Customer Success to ensure success and integration.
  • Collaborate with account teams to meet booking targets.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in high-tech sales/solutions engineering or systems/network engineering.
  • Must be located on the U.S. West Coast.
  • Able to discuss technical topics with staff engineers to senior execs.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing Cisco/Juniper routers and Linux servers.
  • Strong understanding of DNS, BGP, NetFlow, TCP/IP, HTTP, SNMP.
  • Programming proficiency in a scripting language.
  • Understanding of DDoS attacks and basic mitigation methods.
