- Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise in the sales process and beyond, helping uncover and prove out use cases to showcase the value of the Omni platform.
- Build and present white-gloved, high-touch Proofs of Concept in the Omni Platform as part of the evaluation process, while enabling prospective customers on how to successfully use Omni on their data for AI and BI use cases
- Smoothly transition trials into successful customers, by partnering with post-sales teams, and engaging with our partners to plan for ongoing support where needed.
- Collaborate extensively with Product, Design, and Engineering to provide user feedback and guide product direction.
- This role is hybrid in Dublin (3 days per week in-office). For candidates based in the UK, the position is fully remote
🎯 Requirements
- 2-6+ years working in data analytics / BI
- Experience in a client-facing role, desire to work closely with customers
- Strong analytics skills, using SQL, Python, or similar
- Desire to use AI at the core of your everyday work
- Passionate about working with data
- Prior experience with BI/enterprise data analytics tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, Sisense, etc)
