🎯 Requirements
- 2-3+ years in a customer-facing Solutions Engineer or technical role
- Experience with APIs and system integrations; design data flows across platforms
- Troubleshooting across workflows and configurations; read API specs and docs
- Explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Launch
- Calm under pressure; bias toward practical, scalable solutions; comfortable with ambiguity
- Experience with construction software or ERP integrations (NetSuite, Sage, Viewpoint) a plus
