π― Requirements
- 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer or similar with customer-facing work
- Hands-on with modern stacks: JavaScript, Python, Node.js, Java, and mobile
- Strong SDLC understanding; know developers' pain points
- Observability foundation: APM, RUM, tracing, and error monitoring
- Excellent communicator and presenter to ICs and engineering leadership
- English fluency required; additional European languages a plus
