Work with go-to-market teams to showcase Deel’s HR platform and drive technical wins.
Consult with prospects to assess processes, gaps, and propose optimized solutions.
Act as the technical voice during sales cycles—discovery, RFPs, demos, and workshops.
Translate requirements into designs and implementation plans, aligning stakeholders.
Partner with Product/Engineering/Operations to advocate needs and accelerate deals.
Develop enablement assets (demos, discovery frameworks, FAQs).

🎯 Requirements

4+ years as a Solutions Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant.
Experience with a Global HRIS provider is preferable.
Understanding of hire-to-retire HRIS workflows.
Willingness to travel ~10% inside/outside territory.
Strong presentation skills; multilingual a bonus.
Entrepreneurial, collaborative, startup-friendly.
