🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in field services (EPC, oil & gas, mining)
- Deep understanding of cross-jurisdiction workforce structures
- Design compliant cross-border workforce arrangements
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks; tax/shadow payroll a plus
- Strong presentation skills; multilingual a bonus
- APAC-based with ~10% travel
