📋 Description

• Lead technical discovery; uncover infra needs and migration complexity.
• Deliver customized demos mapping Render to each prospect's use case.
• Architect and run POC deployments for real workloads (LLM, multi-service, async).
• Serve as go-to tech expert for Heroku migrations (complex dynos, Postgres).
• Develop and maintain migration playbooks, demos, and POC templates.
• Address objections and competitive comparisons honestly.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in pre-sales/solutions engineering in cloud infra or dev tools.
• Hands-on with at least one major PaaS (Heroku/Render/Railway/Fly.io).
• Proficient in web stack: servers, workers, Postgres, caching, CI/CD, containers.
• Able to write code (Python, Ruby, Node.js, Go) for debugging or POC.
• Understand networking (private networking, TLS, egress, custom domains).
• Excellent communicator; manage multiple evals; thrive in fast-paced startup.
