Solutions Engineer (AI Enterprise SaaS)

📋 Description

• Lead data onboarding and transfer for client implementations
• Document data onboarding requirements and processes
• Collaborate with Product, Eng and ML to scale data onboarding
• Design and maintain client data architecture for ingestion
• Monitor and improve client data health with CS and Product
• Guide Sales with technical and operational input during sales
• Support client custom integrations with Product/Eng/CS
• Provide implementation support to ensure client feature usage
• Identify tools/automation to scale CS workflows
• Provide triage/escalation across product modules
• Deliver data management training and promote data fluency

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering / Solutions Architect roles in enterprise B2B SaaS
• Proven business and technical leader for complex enterprise data solutions
• Deep familiarity with Pandas, Google BigQuery, DBT, and Looker Studio
• Proactive self-starter who can own function in a fast-paced startup
• Dedicated problem solver with analytical skills and business acumen
• Superb written and oral communication skills
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with RDBMS, schema concepts, and ETL pipelines is a plus
• Familiarity with AI/ML methodologies is a plus
