Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementations.
Ensure smooth platform deployments; collaborate with engineering to resolve issues.
Configure integrations, workflows, and system settings.
Act as the technical point of contact during customer onboarding.

🎯 Requirements

3–6+ years of professional experience in customer-facing technical roles.
Proven experience supporting technical implementations and platform deployments for customers.
Hands-on API integrations, system configuration, and issue resolution.
Ability to work with customers in technical discussions translating needs into solutions.
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
