- Proven experience supporting technical implementations and deployments, onboarding and configuring systems for customers.
- Strong hands-on experience with API integrations, system configuration, and issue resolution.
- Ability to work directly with customers in technical discussions and translate needs into solutions.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
