  • Support SEs and AEs in deal cycles; contribute to discovery and design
  • Deliver standard and semi-customized product demos to prospects
  • Qualify customer use cases and identify value opportunities

  • Provide guidance on implementation best practices, including instrumentation and data structure

  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Some experience supporting technical sales cycles, customer implementations, or consulting engagements
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, or a related role
  • Working knowledge of SQL, event tracking, or analytics tools
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift
  • Strong problem-solving skills for moderately complex, well-defined problems
  • Solid communication and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
