- Provide feedback to product management about enhancements to address customer needs.
- Stay current on competitive analysis and support marketing events.
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years pre-sales engineering experience selling SaaS.
- Customer-facing role in consulting or support, ideally pre-sales.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas on the fly using a whiteboard.
- Experience with at least one standard security protocol (OAuth, SAML, LDAP).
- Hands-on web frontend (JavaScript) and/or backend (Node.js, Python, Java) dev.
- Understanding of core security concerns (hashing, TLS, encryption, XSS/XSRF).
