- Assist sales teams in presenting the Toast product and platform to prospects
- Become an expert in the product with complete knowledge of technologies and the application software
- Identify prospects' business challenges and position the Toast value or partner ecosystem as a solution
- Clearly communicate gaps in product/market fit to Product Management and Product Marketing teams
- Work closely with Sales Enablement regionally to provide training and product expertise
- Attend trade shows and other events as a Toast brand ambassador
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum two years hospitality or related industry experience required
- Ability to handle complex customer communications fluently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills
- POS knowledge required, Restaurant operations experience a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail oriented
