🎯 Requirements
- 2-5 years in Accounting, Audit, or Financial Ops (Big 4 or high-growth)
- Strong technical accounting: US GAAP, multi-entity close, and audit depth
- Excel/Google Sheets: consolidation workbooks, reconciliations, and reporting models
- Excellent communication: explain complex workflows to CFOs in plain language
- Humble, curious, hungry; quick learner who wants to build something meaningful
- CPA (nice to have)
